OUR DESIGNER
Australian based designer, Scott Blee is the founder, owner and chief designer of SABDES Yacht Design, and relishes being given client opportunities to develop new work. Scott brings a wealth of experience, rigor and fierce creativity into all of his work; combining Naval Architecture and Industrial Design with professional experience gained from more than 30 years; started by working in Naval and Commercial Ship design offices, then transitioning into Superyacht designing. This resulted in SABDES Design forming and developing a high standard in the Yacht Design world with a focus on producing innovative, sustainable and stylish Yacht Design work that inspires and stays ahead of the game. Scott regularly visits at International Yacht Shows, owns a Fjord Dayboat, and keeps fit by rowing in his own design of a recreational rowing scull. Outside of Yacht Design, he competes in F3 open wheeler car racing (and is an avid follower of F1 racing), has interest in Car Design, Architecture, Space and Technology, and he maintains a positive influence on Yachting’s future.
